National Purchasing – Richmond American Homes purchases over $3 billion in building materials and subcontract labor annually. National Purchasing is responsible for managing the company’s supply chains to ensure the right materials and labor are delivered on time at the best prices and quality available. This team is also responsible for driving improvements in the company’s purchasing processes to gain speed and efficiency.
