What is title insurance?

When you purchase a home, you don't want to have to worry about prior liens, judgments or claims being brought against your property. Title insurance is your protection. A title policy protects you against financial loss due to various claims charged against the title to your home, up to the amount of your policy. You simply pay a one-time premium for a policy that remains effective until you sell the property.

Why choose American Home Title?

At American Home Title, we understand what your home means to you and we want to help you protect it. Our staff of dedicated professionals will take the time to guide you through the process to protect against adverse title claims and risks long after your settlement.

How much does title insurance cost?

The cost of title insurance depends on the purchase price of your property. Talk to our staff for an estimate for the property you're looking to buy.
