$4,000 Grant Now Available!*
You could receive a $4,000 grant from the State of Utah in connection with your purchase of a Richmond American home, plus up to an $8,000 first time homebuyer federal tax credit!
Good news for homebuyers: The State of Utah just made a $4,000 grant available to homebuyers who purchase a new construction home and meet certain requirements, including, among others:
• Homebuyers must purchase a never before occupied new construction home
• Income for the homebuyer(s) must not exceed $75,000 (single person) or $150,000 (married couple)
Hurry, funds are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the tax credit?*
If you’re a first-time buyer and you purchase a home by November 30, 2009, you may be eligible for a tax credit of 10% of the purchase price of your new home (up to $8,000), provided you do not exceed the specified income requirements.
This tax credit requires purchase of a primary residence. Homebuyers who take advantage of this credit are not required to pay it back if they stay in their home more than three years.
