Here are a few that might help you home in on the right property for your clients more quickly and accurately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basic home search filters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When searching for a new home on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RichmondAmerican.com<\/a>, you can start by narrowing down communities in your area. To do so, click on \u2018Search new homes\u2019 at the top left of our homepage, select your region and then choose your client\u2019s minimum must-have home features. This will take you to a page with communities in your preferred region. Here, you can choose their minimum and maximum price and square footage, as well as the community status (e.g., opening soon), must-have touring options (e.g., model open for tours), and even your client\u2019s preferred school district!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You may find the community features filter particularly useful as it allows you to search for neighborhoods with sought-after amenities, such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, dog park and more.
