We wanted to learn more about this masterplan&#8217;s master plan for the area so we contacted Vistancia Marketing Manager, Shelley Smith, who had a lot to say about this exceptional community. Residents of the masterplan enjoy a picturesque backdrop of the Sonoran desert and the White Peak and Twin Buttes Mountains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><i class=\"fa fa-suitcase fa-lg fa-fw\" style=\"color:#596e6d;\"><\/i> Nearby Employers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Its Loop 303 access provides an easy commute to many of the surrounding cities in Metro Phoenix\u2014and all the employment opportunities they have to offer!
