Moving into a new home by the holidays is high on\nsome homebuyers\u2019 wish lists. Fortunately, there is a variety of fast, easy ways\nyou can use our site to find quick move-in homes, so you can spend less time\nsearching and more time selling.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the home page<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The search bar on our homepage<\/a> is a simple way to find quick move-in homes in any of our regions. Simply input the name of the city, school district or state you\u2019re looking in, select the \u201cShow me quick move-in homes\u201d toggle beneath, and you\u2019ll be shown every available listing in your requested area. From there, you can sort the list by availability to see which homes are closest to completion.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, you can type in \u201cDenver Metro region,\u201d\nclick the toggle, and find 71 available listings in the area (as of 10.19.19).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the filter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>If you\u2019ve already used the search bar to find the communities in a specific area, you can click \u201cFilter results\u201d in the upper left-hand corner, then choose \u201cADDITIONAL OPTIONS\u201d on the dropdown menu. Scroll down and you\u2019ll see a toggle next to the words \u201cCommunities with quick move-in homes.\u201d This will narrow your search results to only communities with available listings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the Quick move-in homes tab<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>Once you\u2019re on a specific community page, you can scroll down under the words \u201cNew construction homes\u201d<\/em> and select the tab that reads \u201cQuick move-in homes\u201d to see the available listings at that community, as well as floor plan specs, included features and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
