Navigating the holiday real estate market can be tricky. Your clients claim that they want to find a brand-new abode in time to deck the halls, but they may be hesitant to act for a variety of reasons. So, here are some tips to help you get your buyers off the fence and into a brand-new home (or at least a contract!) this holiday season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Speak to current rates and offers.<\/strong>
    Conditions have been favorable for a while now, but you may want to remind your clients that attractive interest rates may not be a given in the new year.
