They had\noutgrown their house in Parker, Colorado and were ready for a bigger space that\nwould accommodate their family\u2019s needs, but they didn&#8217;t have anything specific\nin mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"311\" height=\"152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/HomeBuyer_Stories_Title.png\" alt=\"Homebuyer Stories logo\" class=\"wp-image-9509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/HomeBuyer_Stories_Title.png 311w, https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/HomeBuyer_Stories_Title-300x147.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 311px) 100vw, 311px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The couple liked the idea of living in a brand-new home; however, they had concerns about the affordability of their desired Denver-area neighborhoods. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/colorado\/denver-metro-new-homes\/castle-rock\/terrain\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Terrain (opens in a new tab)\">Terrain<\/a> in Castle Rock ended up offering the perfect blend of price-point, picturesque location and home features. Their open <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/colorado\/denver-metro-new-homes\/castle-rock\/terrain\/fleming\/\" target=\"_blank\">Fleming<\/a> floor plan boasts a grand two-story entry, high ceilings and a fenced-in backyard for their dogs!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of all the rooms in their new home, the kitchen is the couple\u2019s favorite.\nIn fact, it\u2019s what sold them on the floor plan. They selected white shaker\ncabinets, a subway tile backsplash and timeless quartz countertops to create a\nbright, welcoming space. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Working with Richmond American employees added to the experience. The couple enjoyed selecting fixtures and finishes at the Home Gallery\u2122 and appreciated Superintendent Glen&#8217;s professionalism and attention to detail. Eric described Sales Associate Jennifer as &#8220;incredible!&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eric and Tiffany are looking forward to raising their family in their new\nhome and community.
