Stacie and Jake moved to Copperleaf<\/a> in Centennial, Colorado, in fall of 2016. They were excited to find a family friendly community in the Denver-metro area with a clubhouse, pool, playgrounds and neighborhood events, which is also located within the popular Cherry Creek School District. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The family feels lucky to live in a thoughtfully designed Dillon floor plan that backs to open space. With four bedrooms and approximately 3,000 sq. ft., it offers the ideal layout for their day-to-day life as well as for entertaining. They love making memories in a beautiful, well-built home with elegant finishes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jake works from home and appreciates the inviting study, and\nStacie’s favorite area of the home is the open-concept kitchen and great room.\nShe also looks forward to ending each day in their relaxing master suite. The\ncouple\u2019s three- and five-year-old boys enjoy playing in the upstairs loft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Home Care Specialist James was “amazing to work with and such\na nice guy,” said Stacie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple likes the feel of living in a new-construction home\nwith the benefit of a welcoming community. They would definitely encourage\nfamily and friends to purchase “the perfect family home” from\nRichmond American.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When asked if they would consider Richmond American for their next\nhome purchase, Stacie said, “I don’t want to buy another house because I\nlove our house now.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
