Read about their homebuying journey!<\/em><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tell  us a little bit about yourself and your homebuying journey.<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We had been renting for six years and were ready to purchase a new home. We saw a sign about RV garages while driving near Crestfield Manor. We had an RV in storage at the time. We had always heard good things about Richmond American, but we thought the homes would be out of our price range. We were so excited to learn that we could purchase a home from this quality builder! We initially selected the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.richmondamerican.com\/arizona\/phoenix-new-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deacon floor plan<\/a> and received approval for the loan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>About a month after we signed the\npaperwork, our leasing agent informed us that our rent would double if we\nstayed in our apartment for the duration of the build. I called Sales Associate\nMike to see if he could help, and he showed us a Pearce quick move-in home that\nwas under construction. We knew right away this was the house we were supposed\nto be in! Mike helped us, and it was a quick process after that. We only had to\nwait two months, and the timing couldn\u2019t have worked out better for us. Our\nlease was up on March 6, and we moved into our brand-new home on February 29.\nWe can\u2019t say enough good things about Mike and Superintendent Skyler. They were\namazing and on top of everything. I have my own business and am also looking forward to creating a productive home office in the flex room!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Tom<\/strong><\/em>: The RV garage! It keeps our RV out of the sun and weather. We were able to let go of our RV storage and regular storage unit as well. It all worked out\nso well. We don\u2019t have any regrets about anything. Despite weather conditions\nthat could have interfered, the team finished everything for us to move in\nright when we needed to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Would you recommend Richmond American to your friends and family? What would you tell them?<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We already have. There are some\ncoworkers interested in Richmond American across town.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will you consider Richmond American for your next home purchase? Why?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We won\u2019t be moving. This is our\nforever home! If we ever had to move, Richmond American would definitely be our\nfirst choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to someone who is thinking about purchasing a new home?<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Do your research.
