  2. How do you cater to local homebuyers?<\/strong>
    Even if the builder\u2019s headquarters are 2,000 miles away, your building representative should have knowledge of your local area. This question gauges whether they\u2019ve been a stable and interested builder in the region.<\/li>\n
  3. What types of floor plans do you build?<\/strong>
    The more experience the builder has with varying styles\u2014ranch, two-story, even multigenerational plans\u2014the greater your options as you determine what\u2019s important to you. If the type of floor plan you\u2019re looking for isn\u2019t available at the community you\u2019re eyeing, ask if it\u2019s built at a nearby neighborhood.
