Nearby Forest Park is one of the nation’s largest urban forests, stretching for more than seven miles along the eastern slope of the Tualatin Mountains. Along the Columbia and Willamette Rivers, popular recreational activities include water skiing, camping, hiking and fishing.

Beaverton is also within a few hours of a range of natural wonders, from the Oregon Coast and Columbia River Gorge to Mt. Hood and the Willamette Valley.
