In this day and age, getting a healthful, flavorful dinner on the table during the week can be a challenge. But just because you’re short on time doesn’t mean you have to compromise on quality or taste. Following are five easy, healthy—and above all else, tasty—weeknight dinners that can be prepared in 30 minutes or less. Bon appétit!

20-minute Lemon Pesto Penne. Searching for a quick and easy meatless dinner option? Look no further! This simple, savory vegetarian dish features baby broccoli, oven roasted potatoes, creamy feta cheese and whole wheat pasta—not to mention minced garlic, fresh basil, rich pesto and tangy lemon juice. Perhaps best of all, it only takes 20 minutes from start to finish!

Dijon Maple Glazed Salmon. With just three ingredients and a whole lot of flavor, this healthy, flaky, baked salmon makes a great weeknight meal. All you’ll need are some fish filets, stone ground Dijon mustard, maple syrup and 19 minutes. Dinner is served!

Lemon Chicken Skillet. If you have half an hour, a skillet and a craving for buttery, golden brown chicken with just a hint of zesty lemon, you’re going to love this dinner recipe. Use gluten-free flour for a delicious GF version and enjoy with steamed broccoli or asparagus, or over rice—or riced cauliflower!

Asian Pork Tenderloin with Ginger Glaze. This simple, satisfying slow cooker recipe proves that you don’t have to order in or dine out to enjoy a delicious dinner on a weeknight. Don’t be alarmed by the long(ish) list of ingredients. This crispy, caramelized pork recipe is actually easy to prepare and may rival the flavor of your favorite takeout!

20-minute Taco Salad Casserole. Who can resist a casserole—especially one that includes refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green pepper and taco seasoning? It’s a mouthwatering Mexican meal in a mere 19 minutes! For a slimmed-down version, substitute ground turkey for ground beef and choose baked tortilla chips instead of their fried counterpart.
