Amber and Michael met in sign language class in college and have shared many meaningful relationship milestones since. After living in an apartment for years, they realized that the next natural step in their journey was to buy a home together.
As first-time homebuyers, they searched for a generous home that they could grow into. They explored a multitude of options but ultimately chose the Ruby plan at Seasons at Big Sky in Orlando, thrilled to begin a fresh chapter in a brand-new home.
Our Sales Associate, Marcos, made the sales process as seamless as possible. He met with Amber and Michael flexibly at times that suited their schedules, answered their questions in detail, and made them feel comfortable with the sales process. As first-time buyers, Amber and Michael appreciated the guidance throughout their homebuying journey. Now that she has experience buying a home, Amber said that there will be much less anxiety doing it again in the future. “I totally would, 100%, do it again,” Amber said confidently.
When asked about the parts of the home that Amber appreciates most, she praised the home’s plentiful natural light and open floor plan. She also mentioned the sizable primary suite with room for a desk, as well as the welcoming entryway.
According to Amber, another wonderful feature of the home is its close proximity to restaurants, hiking trails, and activities. Amber and Michael enjoy being involved in their community, and they are looking forward to exploring all the exciting things to do near their new home.
