Eric and Tiffany began looking for a new home on a whim. They had outgrown their house in Parker, Colorado and were ready for a bigger space that would accommodate their family’s needs, but they didn’t have anything specific in mind.

The couple liked the idea of living in a brand-new home; however, they had concerns about the affordability of their desired Denver-area neighborhoods. Terrain in Castle Rock ended up offering the perfect blend of price-point, picturesque location and home features. Their open Fleming floor plan boasts a grand two-story entry, high ceilings and a fenced-in backyard for their dogs!

Of all the rooms in their new home, the kitchen is the couple’s favorite. In fact, it’s what sold them on the floor plan. They selected white shaker cabinets, a subway tile backsplash and timeless quartz countertops to create a bright, welcoming space.

Working with Richmond American employees added to the experience. The couple enjoyed selecting fixtures and finishes at the Home Gallery™ and appreciated Superintendent Glen’s professionalism and attention to detail. Eric described Sales Associate Jennifer as “incredible!”

Eric and Tiffany are looking forward to raising their family in their new home and community. When asked to sum up the homebuying experience in one word, Eric exclaimed, “quality!”
