Ready to see what the future of modern living looks like? Let’s explore this groundbreaking community further.
American craftsmanship meets global innovation

Since 1960, Sekisui House has built its reputation on thoughtful home design and advanced building practices. This world-renowned Japanese builder invests heavily in research and development, seeking innovative solutions that address everyday homeowner needs while supporting overall wellbeing and happiness. Here in the U.S., Richmond American brings nearly 50 years of trusted craftsmanship and quality.
By joining the Sekisui House family, that long-standing commitment has been elevated even further—pairing decades of research to create homes designed to make everyday living more comfortable and to make home the happiest place in the world.
At this exceptional new community, your clients will see that commitment in action as they explore stunning new homes that offer flexible layouts, convenient storage solutions, cutting-edge construction, and high-performance technology to elevate their everyday lives.
So what does that look like?

We’re happy you asked. The homes at Legacy Pointe are where these exciting innovations truly manifest. Under the influence of our Japanese parent company, we’ve incorporated several new materials, technology, and processes into our building practices. These include:
Panelized framing
Panelized framing is a construction method where much of the home’s walls and roof trusses are manufactured off-site using computer-aided design in a controlled factory environment, which protects the lumber from weather. The framing is then delivered to the community and assembled on-site to minimize the amount of time a home is exposed to the elements.1 This process eliminates the need for crews to frame a home piece by piece on the property, contributing to a cleaner, safer, and more organized site. Plus, panelized framing offers tighter alignment, improved energy efficiency, and better interior drywall finishing. In other words, this method provides “consistent quality, fit and finish to help you reduce cost, improve efficiency and speed up the building process.”1

How does this benefit your clients? Advantages of panelized framing include tighter walls, less waste, fewer weather delays, and a more predictable timeline. For homebuyers, this translates to a stronger, more precise home and more consistent quality. Additionally, the improved efficiency can cut down on energy bills for households, making it better for your clients’ wallets and the planet.
Premium concrete mix

A home’s quality is only as good as the foundation it’s built upon, which is why we’re going above and beyond at this community, from the framing down to the concrete. Instead of simply complying with standard building requirements, we’re taking our homes to the next level by using a premium 4,500 PSI (pounds per square inch) concrete mix for our foundations. In Colorado’s challenging climate, this higher-strength concrete offers better resistance to cracking and additional protection against this area’s freeze-thaw cycles. Compared to the typical 2,500–3,000 PSI concrete required by the International Residential Code (IRC), this upgrade may increase long-term weathering protection and resistance to certain environmental contaminants, like chlorides and sulfates, as well as reduced maintenance concerns.
How does this benefit your clients? Although they may not immediately think about their home’s concrete mix, they’ll certainly appreciate the greater peace of mind that comes with higher-strength concrete.
See sources at the end of this article for info on current building codes.
Enhanced floor sheathing

Every interior level in our homes features upgraded floor sheathing, engineered for strength, performance, and durability. This enhanced system minimizes floor bounce and noise, while also maintaining a level, stable surface for years to come.
How does this benefit your clients? Our floors feel solid, quiet, and comfortable underfoot—a detail that immediately stands out during a showing and continues to add value long after your clients move in.2,3
James Hardie® cementitious siding and trim
James Hardie® siding and trim gives homeowners the classic look of wood, but with greater durability and far less maintenance. Combining timeless beauty with long-lasting performance, these materials are noncombustible and won’t add fuel to a potential fire. They are engineered to resist moisture, pests, and harsh weather, making them ideal for Colorado’s conditions. Your buyers can choose from a variety of styles and textures, all of which hold their color beautifully and require less repainting than natural wood.4,5
How does this benefit your clients? They can enjoy a stunning home exterior that provides both lasting curb appeal and greater peace of mind.
Precision field inspections
Two elements that Sekisui House always brings to the table are attention to detail and a value for quality control at every stage of the process. This is why we’re incorporating precision field inspections into our homebuilding operations at Legacy Pointe. This type of inspection is an on-site evaluation of certain foundation and framing measurements to help establish a better basis for all construction work that follows. Unlike a standard inspection, a precision inspection focuses on detailed measurements and alignment.
How does this benefit your clients? For homeowners, a precision field inspection offers greater reassurance that their home is built to more demanding tolerances, helping to bolster long-term performance.
Blow-in Blanket® System (BIBS) insulation
Our homes at Legacy Pointe are outfitted with fiberglass BIBS insulation, a premium solution that fills every nook and cranny for complete, seamless coverage. Unlike traditional fiberglass batt insulation (the rolls of pink stuff you might be used to seeing), BIBS insulation conforms to the space it’s installed in. This method eliminates gaps and voids and reduces air leaks, leading to a more comfortable interior. BIBS also helps reduce noise from the outside, making the inside of the home quieter.
How does this benefit your clients? BIBS insulation helps to keep heating and cooling costs down, while also providing buyers with a home that’s quieter, more comfortable, and more energy-efficient.6
Dual-fuel side-discharge inverter heat pump HVAC system
We also provide high-efficiency, variable-speed HVAC systems for homes in this community. These sleek, whisper-quiet units are a modern upgrade that blends performance with aesthetics. Using advanced inverter technology, the heat pump delivers continuous, energy-efficient heating and cooling by automatically adjusting to enhance comfort and reduce energy use.
While traditional systems stop and start repeatedly throughout the day, making the temperature dip below and spike above your thermostat set point, inverter technology can help keep your home closer to your desired temperature all day. Like a hybrid car, these systems combine two technologies for optimal efficiency, featuring both an inverter heat pump and a traditional gas furnace. In addition, their side-discharge design requires less space than conventional units, allowing them to integrate seamlessly into narrow side yards and outdoor living areas. A variable speed two-stage gas furnace is in place for when temperatures drop below freezing.
How does this benefit your clients? These high-performance, space-saving units give homeowners a more comfortable, quiet, and efficient home, without compromising curb appeal.7,8,9
Personalization options abound

Homebuyers at Legacy Pointe will also have the opportunity to put their personal touch on these thoughtfully crafted houses. Your clients can bring their design vision to life by choosing from an array of eye-catching fixture and finish options for their new abode—from light fixtures all the way down to flooring. Whether their preference is warm neutrals, rich wood tones, or sleek grays, buyers have the chance to create a look that’s uniquely their own.
Master-planned advantages

The homes are truly the heart of Legacy Pointe, but we’d be remiss to not mention the additional benefits of this inviting community. Boasting a desirable location in southern Parker, the Looking Glass masterplan combines suburban charm with the conveniences of surrounding cities. Working professionals can commute to downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, while frequent travelers will appreciate easy access to Denver International Airport. Abundant shopping, dining, and recreation opportunities are also just a short drive away in downtown Parker.
Plus, residents will be able to enjoy the many amenities of Looking Glass. Miles of walking and biking trails offer ample opportunities for physical activity and connection with nature, while parks and picnic shelters provide the perfect spaces for gathering with friends or neighbors. Families with children will also appreciate the community playgrounds, where little ones can freely run, climb, and explore. In addition, there are several future amenities your buyers can look forward to, from community centers to on-site retail to a resort-worthy pool.
