From the FAQ File: Deluxe Bath

Owner's bath with white cabinets and tub

Gourmet kitchens aren’t the only thing piquing our readers’ curiosity. In today’s issue of our multi-part FAQ series, we shed some light on another popular upgrade.

Q: What is a deluxe bath? Are all deluxe baths located in the primary suite?

A: A deluxe bath may vary by market, but typically includes a separate tub and shower, a water closet and double sinks. Some homes and communities may also include a jetted, oval or garden tub, a walk-in shower and upgraded surfaces, like granite countertops and ceramic tile surrounds.

The deluxe upgrade is usually added to primary baths, but may also be offered in secondary baths, depending on the floor plan. Visit a Sales Center or call a New Home Specialist at 888.799.8322 if you have a question about homes that include a deluxe bath.
