We may be among the biggest builders in the nation, but being the biggest is not our ultimate goal. We're more concerned with being the best. From the quality craftsmanship to the responsive customer service, every aspect of our business is focused on one target: the pursuit of operational excellence.
We want everyone who comes in contact with our company—whether it's a customer, vendor or potential employee—to immediately notice our professionalism on every level. In order to continue to meet this goal, we encourage a company culture that promotes these basic tenants.
The way we conduct ourselves in the workplace is an important part of maintaining a positive company image. Our standards for both conduct and dress are put in place to promote a businesslike, professional attitude in keeping with each employee's specific line of work.
Working as a team is central to our success. It's also the key to maintaining a streamlined experience for our customers. We look to hire team players who will work well with others on our workforce.
Health and wellness
When our employees are healthy and happy, our operations run more efficiently and can better serve our customers. Another factor that contributes to a more efficient work environment is a work-life balance for every employee. We encourage our employees to take advantage of their vacation time to relax and recharge so they can thrive both at work and at home.
