Protecting your real estate agent commission

We know how important it is for agents to protect their relationships and income. That’s why we created a seamless process for registering your clients, so you can lock in your commission even when they tour a home without you. You can register your buyers via one of two ways:

1. Online. Create your free account on our real estate agent hub (this will also allow you to bookmark communities, listings, and floor plans for your clients!). From there, log in and register your buyers.
2. In-person. If you’re visiting a community, simply ask one of our friendly sales associates to help you complete the registration. They’ll walk you through the process step-by-step, and are available to answer any questions you may have.

After you register your clients, they’ll receive an email asking them to verify that you’re their agent.  Once they confirm your relationship, you’ll be eligible for a commission if they contract on a home at any of our communities within the next 30 days, regardless of whether they’re touring with or without you! This means geater peace of mind, financial protection, and a smoother experience for everyone.

Quick move-in homes = quicker commission

To meet buyer demand for homes that can close on a tighter timeline, we’re offering exciting spec inventory from coast to coast! These homes may be easier for you to sell, since pricing is typically simplified and design options have already been selected by our team of professional designers. They have their finger on the pulse of what’s popular in your market, designing homes with timeless appeal and in-demand features. Learn more about how these homes are designed here. 

Many of our quick move-in listings are also available to tour, meaning your clients could potentially walk through the exact home they’re interested in. Plus, because these homes are often already completed or near completion, your clients may be able to move into them much sooner than a home that hasn’t yet broken ground—potentially in as little as 30 days!
